The skull dragon Snoozy has been reunited with his youngest son, and the resounding success of the Witch’s Consultation Service has left both him and his reckless daughter Eve busier than ever. Not even their days off allow them time to relax, as a beautiful, mysterious elf appears with rumors of a dragon egg found in a dwarven quarry. The duo seek out a visiting dwarf, determined to see the egg with their own eyes—but his cooperation comes at a price. Can Eve and Snoozy find the anonymous “Dragon Slayer”? And will they ever get any actual rest?
After reuniting Snoozy’s daughter with her baby and making a new connection along the way, Eve returns to the haunted inn and reopens The Witch’s Consultation Service. Rose offers a new lead in the form of a “dragony” charm, and the group immediately sets out to find where it came from. Their travels take them to an eccentric little village devoted to the dragon “Lord Protector.” Is this another one of Snoozy’s children? If so, why is he being worshipped as a god?!
Having saved and freed Snoozy’s second child, Eve and her companions look forward to resuming their lives in the quaint little human town. But their peace is shattered when Snoozy’s third daughter practically falls from the sky, desperately searching for her missing twin brother. Eve agrees to help, although the task ahead won’t be easy. Armed only with the clue of “a lush, beautiful forest,” she and the others make their way to the elves’ territory. Will they manage to reunite Snoozy’s daughter with her lost brother? And what prompted his sudden disappearance?
