What Does It Cost?
Making a J-Novel Club account is always free! Once you have a JNC account, you're ready to start purchasing or renting volumes and building your own ebook collection. You can also read Part 1 of any completed volume to try out new series!
All transactions on the JNC website are made using Coins, with a simple exchange rate: $1 gets you 100 coins. You can purchase coins through your User page. Most of our digital light novels cost 799 Coins (or $7.99) per volume, while most manga cost 899 Coins (or $8.99) per volume.

We’ve got you covered! As of 2018, we’ve been printing a selection of our books as well! You can get them from Crunchyroll, Barnes & Noble, Kinokuniya, Powell’s, Amazon, and your local booksellers of choice. If a book’s not on the shelf, just ask! They’ll be happy to order it in for you.
For our non-US based readers, check with your local book seller — all our books have international distribution and are available via special order if not stocked by default.
