Ascendance of a Bookworm: Fanbook

Here is the first official Ascendance of a Bookworm fanbook, intended to be read after finishing Part 3 Volume 2. This book contains a slew of additional content, including all the color and cover artwork up to Part 3 Volume 1, a short story on Monika and Nicola’s first tour of the temple, a manga chapter by Suzuka, and three four-panel manga by You Shiina. Also inside are design sheets showing how Bookworm’s characters were visually brought to life, and a Q&A with author Miya Kazuki containing lesser-known details about the plot as well as information on how she planned out and developed the series.

Here is the second official Ascendance of a Bookworm fanbook, intended to be read after finishing Part 4 Volume 1. This volume contains an abundance of supplementary content, including design sheets for a variety of new characters, an extensive family tree, and seven short stories not found in the light novels. Also included are behind-the-scenes reports on the recording of a Bookworm drama CD, and another reader Q&A with author Miya Kazuki.

Here is the third official Ascendance of a Bookworm fanbook, intended to be read after finishing Part 4 Volume 4 and Royal Academy Stories - First Year. This volume contains more art, character design sheets, manga, and a short story not found in the light novels. Also included are a detailed map of the Royal Academy’s library, Philine’s notes on all the duchies in Yurgenschmidt, and yet another Q&A with author Miya Kazuki.

Here is the fourth official Ascendance of a Bookworm fanbook, intended to be read after finishing Part 4 Volume 8. This volume contains even more illustrations, character design sheets, and manga, as well as a short story not found in the light novels. Also included are exclusive notes about the development of the anime, design sheets for the gods, coverage of yet another drama CD, and a new extensive Q and A with author Miya Kazuki.

Here is the fifth official Ascendance of a Bookworm fanbook, intended to be read after finishing Part 5 Volume 3. As always, this volume contains plenty of art, character design sheets, manga, and a short story not found in the light novels. Also included are the end cards from the first two seasons of the anime and the longest translated Q & A with author Miya Kazuki to date!
