Dale is a cool, composed, and highly skilled adventurer who’s made quite a name for himself despite his youth. One day on a job deep in the forest, he comes across a little devil girl who’s almost wasted away. Unable to just leave her there to die, Dale takes her home and becomes her adoptive father. Devil or not, Latina is beyond adorable, and the adventurer soon finds himself head over heels with being a parent. But why was she out in the forest to begin with, and why does she carry the mark of a criminal?

“Dale, Dale! It’s the ocean! Can we go?!” “Calm down, Latina.” It's been two years since the adorable child Latina was saved by first-rate adventurer Dale, and things are going well. Dale decides to return to his home village, Tislow, and brings Latina along on his journey. Normally mature for her age, the devil girl is surprisingly worked up about her first trip, and the two set out full of excitement. What kind of things will Latina get to see, and can she possibly get ANY cuter? She better not, or Dale’s heart won’t be able to take it! The skilled young adventurer, Dale, at last returns to his base of operations in the town of Kreuz after the long journey he took with his adopted daughter, the devil girl Latina. He feels a brief moment of relief when as he watches Latina greet Kenneth and Rita with a smile and start handing out souvenirs... but wait, what's Helmine doing here? With the beautiful woman with a deep history with Dale visiting the Dancing Ocelot, a clear change appears in Latina. “Latina… really does wish she could hurry up and become an adult…”

“I’ve never thought of you as a replacement for my father.” After Latina tells him about her real feelings on the night of the Ahmar festival, Dale is driven into a deep depression by his beloved daughter's "rebellious phase." It takes a talk with his "big bro" Kenneth for him to see what her words really mean... but how will he respond? To make matters even more complicated, Latina receives a confession of love from Rudolph, her childhood friend. Love is hard, but this is getting out of hand!
