The Bladesmith's Enchanted Weapons

The katana smith Lutz has just forged his magnum opus, a katana so bewitchingly beautiful that it’s dangerous even to look at. Unfortunately, as an unlicensed smith, he has no way to sell it. But when his only real business partner, Claudia, is captured by crooked knights, Lutz knows exactly what to do with his perfect blade. On the other side of the city walls, Gerhard, an old enchanter, is facing a horrendous slump. Though he’s confident in his abilities, he can’t create a true work of art without a proper canvas, and he longs for nothing more than a unique sword to serve as his muse. This time for sure, he will create an enchanted sword that will wipe that damn disinterested look off of the so-called hero’s face. Lutz, Patrick, and Gerhard have officially joined forces to create the greatest katana the world has ever seen. However, when they receive an impossible order for a katana that is to be used as a peace offering between their kingdom and the federation to the south, they are left cradling their heads in their hands. As Count Maximillion and Marquis Beowulf get plunged further into the messy world of politics, they will have to overcome the threat of ambushes, spies, and corrupt noble elites. Will they be able to out-maneuver a traitorous faction and deliver a katana equal in value to the incredible jewel, The Iris of the Overlord, all in time for the signing of the peace treaty? The fate of the entire kingdom rests on the shoulders of three eccentric craftsmen. When they combine their skills, is anything truly impossible? Through the creation of the grand katana, Amaterasu, Lutz and the other craftsmen of the Shander Domain succeeded in bringing peace talks with the federation to a close. However, just when things begin to settle down, Maximillion receives word that Princess Listill has been kidnapped. What’s worse, since she was on her way to the Shander domain, the responsibility for the incident rests squarely on the Count’s shoulders. Lutz, Gerhard, Djoser, and Ricardo team up to go to the Princess’s rescue, but without a truly great katana of his own, will Lutz be able to keep up? With the long war over, the young soldier Eir is finally allowed to return home. Unfortunately, he finds that there is no longer a place for him in his hometown. One day, he runs into his old captain, Kill Code, who has gathered together many lost soldiers just like him. Can they achieve their dream of bringing forth a brighter future for their comrades?

In order to build a prosperous future for Listill’s village, Lutz, Claudia, and Ricardo set out for the federation. With the help of Gwynn, they try to convince the many tribes of the federation to be open to international trade, but they face several roadblocks along the way. One thing is for sure: When it comes to intertribal relationships, nothing is as simple as it seems. The old, stubborn chiefs fatten themselves while their people starve, but one young woman decides that it is time for change. She challenges the chief of the village, her own father, to a duel. The chief wields an ancient and mysterious enchanted sword, and the young woman must find a weapon that matches her father’s power. While Ricardo is as enamored with Tsubaki as ever, he senses that something is missing. Due to the potency of Tsubaki’s curse, he has been using a normal sword as his main weapon. Is such a state of affairs acceptable, or could it be time to find Tsubaki a sister?
